Last Wednesday, Ignite Models Inc., VimLab Entertainment, and W Minneapolis presented their "'Tis the Season to Glitz and Glam" holiday fashion show at the W Minneapolis hotel. l'étoile's very own Fashion Editor Jahna Peloquin styled the show, offering inspiration to men and women alike for dressing fancy this holiday season. We sat runway-side sipping pomegranate-splashed champagne while taking in the show.
Highlights included a five-piece collection by one of our fave local designers George Moskal - complete with hair accessories by Ruby3 - and Elsworth's layered, bow-tied looks for men. The clothing featured had a strong local undercurrent, either coming from a local boutique or a local designer. Clothing and accessories came from women's boutiques Bumbershute (shown with handbags by local designer Christopher Straub), Il Vostro Boutique, and Cliché; MNfashion holiday boutique (George Moskal and Ruby3); local menswear designer Russell Bourrienne; and menswear boutique Elsworth. The upper level of the W was also flocked with trunk shows by Straub, MNfashion, Bourrienne, and Cliché so guests could snab some holiday gifts on the go. All in all, it was quite the glamorous fete!
